We are throttling connections to the cluster to minimize database lag, this is normal after rebooting during peak hour. This shouldn't go on for long, after we reach a certain amount of logged in players the throttling will be disabled.

I spoke to the Transgaming gurus, what I got from them is that dead keys are not yet supported. For mac not using dead keys you'll have to select a US, canadian or Italian keyboard layout since those do not use any dead keys.
